CULINARY

Our hotel – restaurant is a member of the AMA-Gastrosiegel Austria and is a partner company in the Biosphere Park Great Walser Valley. Thus, we have our mountain farmers as suppliers who provide us with fresh products, such as eggs, milk, cheese, butter, meat, vegetables, and more. We as a hotel can therefore give our guests the freshness of our nature to “taste”.

As part of the pampering board awaits our hotel guests:

• the Fit in the Morning breakfast buffet with products from the various gourmet regions of Austria
• In the afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00 hearty, sweet temptations, homemade cakes and pies and fruit juices from the buffet
• from 18:00 to 19:30 we offer you a 5-course menu with 3 main courses in one of our restaurants or on the terrace

Restaurant

Daily, from 07:30 to 22:00, hot cuisine from 11:00 to 13:45 and from 17:00 to 19:45.

 

 

 

 

WELLNESS VILLAGE “ISCHGAVELSA”

• Finnish sauna (~85°C) ; Saunarium® (bio sauna with ~55°C)
• Steam bath (~45°C); Kneipp pool with waterfall
• Relaxation room with tea bar and wellness music
• Grotto shower with 4 different zones.

The sauna world Ischgavelsa is available daily from 15:00 – 19:00.
