We want all our guests to feel comfortable with us. Here you’ll find an overview of how accessible a stay at our hotel is. If you have any specific questions or individual needs, please contact us directly – together, we’ll see what we can do for you.

IN THE HOTEL

• Right next to the reception, there is a lift that is accessible and can be reached at ground level. This makes all important areas of the hotel easy to access.
• There is one fully accessible room with sufficient space in the bathroom, grab rails and an accessible toilet.
• In addition, there is a public accessible toilet available in the hotel.
• Our restaurant and terrace are accessible without steps. All doors in these areas are at least 80 cm wide or wider, making the routes comfortable and easy to use.

ARRIVAL

• Guests arriving by car will find parking spaces directly at the hotel. The car park is level with the entrance. The distances between the parking spaces are generously sized and measure around 2.70 m.
• The bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Please note: buses in the region do not always have accessible entry. However, the staff on site will be happy to help and provide assistance wherever possible.
