Cancellation

Up to 3 months before the agreed day of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee.

Beyond the period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the Party is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
  • in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.

 

For your own safety, we would like to remind you to take out your travel cancellation insurance. Because pulling together, is a relaxed vacation.
