Hotel and chalet accommodation is possible. Despite changing conditions, we promise you one thing: our hotel and our chalet will remain your place of strength at all times, where you can feel well taken care of and safe. We guarantee this with our strict hygiene concept!

• In case of a positive test for the SARS COV virus, we offer you a free rebooking option for your booked vacation.
• If the legal circumstances do not permit arrival or entry to Austria, the following cancellation conditions do not apply.
• If you are unable to take your vacation due to legal requirements or we are not allowed to accommodate you, the cancellation policy below does not apply.
• The conditions associated with a permitted journey constitute an undue hardship. These are, for example, longer quarantine, prescribed tests whose costs exceed the travel price by more than 20% or comparable hardships in connection with a pandemic.
• Instead of a remittance of the paid deposit, we will be pleased to issue the full sum of the deposit as a voucher – Redeemability 3 years.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Up to 3 months before the agreed day of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee. Beyond the period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the Party is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
  – up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
  – in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.
